Pilgrimage

At a small gathering of adventurers rested from dealing with a small quarrel in a town a House Sivis messanger geeted them with an employment invitation and to meet their new employer at Kern’s Rest and Reverly in the harbor city of Adderport.

After several days of following a hidden trail in the Q’barran wilderness the party happens upon a group of Coldsun Lizardfolk heading in the opposite direction. Confrontation is avoided and the party arrives at the jungle clearing where Kha’Shazul is hidden.

On approach to the temple the party encounters the Black Brutish Lizard folk known as the Blackscale tribe. After nearly being overwhelmed twice by these behemoths the party is able to over come them and clear the perimeter of the Blackscale tribe.

thus far in the campaign the players have delved into the secret chambers of Kha’Shazul inadvertatly unlocking powerful magic that has manifested itself as dragonmarks. Upon return to Adderport their patronSur’Kil informs them that this manifestation marks a 12 month countdown to the death of the party. he also informs the party that such an event had happened before and that one of the afflicted was able to live an extraordinary long life. however no one knows how he lived so long. Sur’Kil suggested to attempt to locate the tomb of the great explorerJheamast to find a means of prolonging the lives of the party.

Tentacles and a Temptress

The party arrived at the Vorgaard Estate to find it ablaze. The party quickly assalted the Blood of Vol arsonists, killing the interfering priestess Dura in the process. After a Fight with Dura and her animated Giant squid the party was able to defeat a cadre of cultists in the library. However the Fire progressed more quickly than anticipated and cornered the party in the library where the support beams began to give way…

Voyage of the Laughing Lady

After Returning from the Vorgaard Estate The Party discovered that a gnome named Thraxis had stolen pages out of the journal which they had just recovered. these pages apparently detailed the most likely way to open the tomb that was found several years ago on Trebaz Sinara.

Their investigation lead them to the city of Port Verge where the party met Fisrt Mate Doc Grimm who led them to the Hideout of the Sea Wyvern hideout. Captain Damog Hellscurvy then revealed that Thraxis had been taken captive by the Cloudreaver pirates and sold to the Dwarves of Dreadhold to work in secret Dragonshard mines beneath the main prison.

Damog Hellscurvy already had a plan in place to rescue another of the captives and recruited the party to aid the Sea Wyverns in capturing a Cloudreaver ship and infiltrating Dreadhold by empty storage crates.

Into the Mist

After Returning to Port Verge from Dreadhold Prison the party needed to find one more set of information. After asking around Port Verge the party was able to discover that the Pirate Prince Rygar ir’Wynarn has the largest collection of navigation maps in the princ Principalities.

From that information the Party decided to set sail to Regalport, capital of the Principalities, and seat of High Prince Rygar ir’Wynarn’s fleet, the Seadragons.

After arriving at port, the party decided to investigate the largest hangout of the Seadragons, The Rusty Anchor. There the party encountered High Prince Rygar ir’Wynarn and convinced him to allow them access to his navigational charts, by impressing him with their skills through performance, knife throwing and arm wrestling.

The party was able to successfully locate the needed chart in Prince Rygar’s quarters on his ship the Dragoneye. After the party departed from the Dragoneye to their own ship, Swiftwind, they encountered an armed group of Blood cultists, defeating them before they set out to the haunted isle and located the Dragon Boneyard.

The Haunted Isle

The party Arrives at the Eastern shore of Trebaz Sinara, The Haunted Isle, following the markes copied from Rygar’s map you are able to find the cove known as the Dragon Boneyard. Due to the crew’s reservations of landing Swiftwind on the shore of the Isle the party was forced to take two small dingeys out to land.

Just before the party reached the shallows A monstrous orca Zombie Surged up from the water, capsizing one of the dingeys, nearly devouring Evita in the process. However the party was able to barely bait the massive creature into beaching and impaling itself on the bone covered beach that lined the far side of the cove.

The party then followed a stream of water that lead to the Dragon Boneyard up until they came upon a suspicious cavern whose entrance looked ominously similar to a roaring lion. The party decided to investigate the area and was assaulted by a thunderous roar and a hail of stalactites. The Party quickly found the source of the roaring sound and slew the scaled lion-like creature, continuing through the cavern until they emerged from the cavernous network into the eerie night of Trebaz Sinara.

Scanning the dim and misty horizon the party decided to head towards a column of smoke that steadily rose from the north-west. As the party entered the inner jungle of the isle they began seeing strange sights…
